OUR BEEF
Our beef is seasonal. We handpick our steers from respected local breeders who have the highest quality animals, and they are delivered to our farm in early spring so they can take full advantage of the spring and summer grass growth. They graze on irrigated pastures over the next few months, and we supplement their grass with organic grain for finishing during the last two months before harvesting. Harvest occurs usually as grass growth begins to slow, and the beef reach their optimal natural weight gain. Our beef is ready for customers from September through December. Perfect for Carnivore, Keto and Low-carb eating!
